As a determined business leader, negotiator and team builder, she brings wisdom and energy to commercial ventures. As an angel investor and owner of Hadleigh, Lexi is committed to driving the future growth and brand performance of Hadleigh across the region. Madeline, Hadleigh's senior sales negotiator and sales progression expert, began working in property at just 16, going on to qualify as an Estate Agent via an apprenticeship scheme. She works closely with Ben and Dom to find “proceedable” buyers for Hadleigh’s represented homes, negotiating to sale. Madeline also works with clients to find homes befitting their individual criteria, and will proactively search on their behalf. Madeline leverages her local network of conveyancing solicitors and estate agents to help drive a smooth sales progression process, working behind the scenes to keep in constant contact with all parties involved in a chain sale situation.
Dom, a qualified career Estate Agent and manager, offers over a decade of industry experience. As a true local, born and bred in Harborne, he lives minutes from the High Street and has over time amassed a deep understanding of the local property market and wide local network. As a highly competent valuer for both sales and lettings properties, he advises clients on winning pricing strategy. Dom is also responsible for the strong performance of Hadleigh’s Lettings portfolio and the wider branch. His client centric approach has driven Hadleigh to become the No.1 Sales Agent in Harborne*. You’ll often find Dom in the kitchen creating fantastic food.

After studying criminology at undergraduate, Faith realised that a career in property was actually her calling, and started her estate agency career with Hadleigh as a sales negotiator. Offering a background of customer facing roles, Faith brings polish and warmth to sales viewings and negotiation, no doubt profiling buyers along the way! She is strong support to Dom on Lettings whilst helping Lexi to grow Hadleigh’s social media presence, particularly TikTok.
Ben, as the primary valuer for Hadleigh, is a well-known face of Harborne and offers over 20 years of experience as an Agent. Fully qualified and passionate about all things property, he has represented on some of Harborne’s most expensive homes, whilst still maintaining representation of local investment apartments and first time homes. Ben won’t overvalue just to get your business, believing that honest and solid valuations achieve a more timely and trouble free sale. His deep local network often means that he already has someone in mind for your home. You’ll often find him watching F1, dreaming all things super cars.
